You are able to view the Market Opening times for pairs on MetaTrader.

To view more details about a pair/instrument on an iOS device, follow the below guide:

Select the Quotes tab on MetaTrader.

Tap on the Instrument/Pair you prefer and click on Details.

All the information about that Instrument/Pair will be visible.
Scroll down to find the Market Opening times.
