Due to unforeseen issues on certain providers, you may receive our emails in your Spam or Junk folder. There are various methods to resolve this query, however, you may find an example below.

To prevent going ThorFX emails to your spam folder, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Contacts bookmark on your Zoho account.

  • Click on the Plus sign to add a new contact.

  • Add our ThorFX email addresses and click on Save.

Our email addresses will now be saved as a contact on your Zoho account and further emails should be received in your Inbox.
