I have found an email in my Spam folder on Zoho. How can I prevent this for further emails?

Start by heading to the Contacts bookmark on your Zoho account. Click on the Plus sign to add a new contact.

Enter our Asgardian Support address and click on Save. 

Our Support address will now be saved as a contact on your Zoho account and further emails should be received in your Inbox.
