I have found an email in my Spam folder on Protonmail. How can I prevent this for further emails?
Start by going to the Filters tab found under the Settings of your Protonmail account.
In the Allow List section, click on Add.
Enter our Asgardian Support address in the Add to Allow List pop-up window.
Click on Save.
Our Support address should now appear under the Allow List.
Our Support address will now be marked under the Allow List on your Protonmail account and further emails should be received in your Inbox.
