If you have not received your funds, please check the following:
Bitcoin
- A minimum of 3 hours have passed.
- The payment received 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain. (You can go to www.blockchain.com to find out more information, just type the bitcoin address into the search box on the site. Make sure you choose Bitcoin (BTC) and not Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
Make sure you have entered the correct Bitcoin wallet address.
There are a few payment statuses you will see when making a withdrawal. You will find the statuses below:
WAITING PROCESS
- A customer has requested a withdrawal.
PENDING
- We have either requested additional information from you to which you would have received an email or we are completing part of our internal processes.
DRAFTED
- Going through a standard security check.
WAITING CONFIRMATION
- The transaction has been actioned by our team and is in the process of reaching you.
- Currently waiting for 3-6 confirmations on the Blockchain.
WAITING INFO
- Awaiting your Bitcoin Address.
APPROVED
- The withdrawal has been approved.
REJECTED
- We rejected the withdrawal (You will find the reason in the comments section).
