I have enabled my Two-Factor Authentication and completed my KYC. How can I start adding funds?


Let's start from the first step.


You first need to tap on Deposit Funds.


Choose Bitcoin via 3rd Party.


Then choose the wallet you would like to credit. You can only credit BTC/USD/GBP/EUR wallets.


Enter the Amount.


Tap on Redirect me to the Payment Page.




I was re-directed to check my emails, what should I do?


Open your email with the subject: Deposit Request for X USD/GBP/EUR/BTC.


On your email, click on Complete my Deposit to be redirected to the 3rd party provider.


If you have used the 3rd party provider before, you can Login, if not, you would need to Create an account.




 

You would need to confirm your transaction and enter your card details for your deposit to be processed and go through to the Blockchain. Ensure that the Bitcoin address sent via email is once for your deposit.


Finally, you will need to go to the 3rd party provider's account and Authorize the deposit.


How long till the funds are credited to my Asgardian account?


The funds will need to be processed on the Blockchain network and require 3-6 confirmations which usually takes 1-3 hours.
