If you need assistance on obtaining your tax statement/1099 report, follow the below guide: 

From MetaTrader:

• Click on Account History.

• Right-click on the Order Number, choose the timeframe you would like.

• Click on Saved as Detail Report.

From your ThorFX account:

• Tap My Accounts.

• Tap on the desired account.

• Choose the time frame for your report in the Trade History section. 

• Tap the 3 dots.  

• Tap Export Account History.

• Choose from CSV or PDF as formats for your report.

CSV reports will automatically download into your device.

PDF reports will be sent to you instantly via e-mail with a download link for the document.
