If you are unable to open or close a trade, the reason may be that you have logged in using the wrong password. 

Please ensure that when you are logging into MetaTrader, you are entering the Trader Password and not the Investor Password.

You can find the password by checking the email we had sent to you when you created your MetaTrader account.
