I am having some issues with a trade, how do I proceed from here?

Whenever you are having an issue with a trade or noticed an issue with a trade, you will need to provide our Asgardian Support Agents with the MetaTrader Account Number, Trade ID and any screenshots if you have any.

How do I find the MetaTrader Account Number and the Trade ID?
