If you are unable to connect to our servers on MetaTrader, please follow the instructions below:
- If the error you are seeing is either authorization failed, an invalid account or unauthorized, this would usually mean you have entered your password incorrectly or you have selected the wrong server.
- If you have not changed your password details since you have created your MetaTrader account, you will be able to find your password on the email we sent you with your login credentials. Click here to see what the email looks like.
- If you need to reset your password, you can always reset the password on the ThorFX back-office by going to the My Accounts section. Click here for assistance.
Server Information:
If you want to enter our Live account server details, please, enter the following server name into the Server field:
MT4: type manually mt4.thorfx.com (the system will automatically set server as ThorMarkets-Live)
MT5: type manually mt5.thorfx.com (the system will automatically set server as ThorMarkets-Live)
If you want to enter our Demo account server details, please, enter the following server name into the Server field:
MT4: type manually demo.thorfx.com (the system will automatically set server as ThorMarkets-Demo)
MT5: type manually mt5.demo.thorfx.com (the system will automatically set server as ThorMarkets-Demo)
Scanning Servers:
- Go to File - Open an Account
- Press on the Plus Sign in the green circle as per the screenshot below:
- Type the following: Thor Markets LLC
- Press on the Scan button
- Choose the correct server according to your the login credentials you received via email.
